A complete team of AI agents, led by a Chief E-Commerce AI and orchestrated by 25 years of retail experience, that runs e-commerce, media, CRM and marketing automation in place of an external agency or in-house team. At 30% of the cost. Operating 24/7, no turnover, owned by the company.
Today, e-commerce rests on two cost centers pulling in different directions.
Monthly fee plus a percentage of the media budget. Its business model is simple: the more you spend on ads, the more it earns. Sales are a goal; the media budget is its revenue.
Salaries, contributions, vacation, sick leave, training. And once the person is finally trained, they leave: turnover starts the cycle all over again.
An e-commerce manager costs €40–60,000 in gross annual salary. A full team costs over €100,000/year. And the Christmas peak waits for no one.
| Agency | In-house Team | The AI Team | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Annual cost | €30–80,000 + media budget | €100–150,000 | ~€20–30,000 all-inclusive |
| Working hours | Office | Office | 24/7, even on Christmas Day |
| Turnover | Frequent account changes | Resignations and retraining | Zero |
| Interests | More ad budget = more fees | Fixed salary | None: pay-as-you-go costs, never a percentage of ad spend |
| Ownership | Their processes, their assets | Yours, but volatile | Yours, forever |
| Oversight | Monthly report | Company's responsibility | AI PM 24/7 + senior consultant |
Not a tool. Not a chatbot. A complete corporate org chart, working around the clock — owned by the company.
Receives direction from Marketing and the people involved in the company (humans) and delegates operations to the AI team.
Platform, catalog, technical performance and integrations: everything under control, always.
Channels, content, CRM and automation: the engine that grows the value of every customer.
Data, KPIs and models: the right hand that turns the team's work into numbers.
25 years of retail e-commerce marketing (Cosmetics & Pharma, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Luxury) alongside the team: strategy, priorities, quality control.
A 24/7 AI-based team works dynamically and continuously to pursue results and, when that's not possible, reports precisely on constraints and difficulties, providing realistic simulations.
Indicative results based on industry benchmarks; goals defined during the analysis phase.
GTaviani Consulting uses a method that also marks a clear distinction in the orchestration rules for AI agents: a 4-phase loop, not a path with an end.
Analysis, brief and setup.
Interaction with the client, review of the Preparation definitions.
E-commerce and AI team performance, optimizations that feed back into Preparation.
Actions and ongoing orchestration of the AI Team, through internal domain-specific PMs.
Analysis, brief and setup: the foundations of the cycle.
Discussion with the company, review of the goals.
The team works, domain PMs orchestrate every day.
Team performance, not just channel performance: this is where it restarts.
The AI team has an initial audit and setup cost, plus a monthly cost tied to the agents' AI token usage. Everything is bundled into monthly plans that also include dedicated consulting hours.
€1,268/month
€2,425/month
The plans do not include
the token traffic of the operational AI agents: the agents connect to the AI LLM chosen by the retailer (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.). The related cost, on the client's LLM plan, ranges indicatively from $200 to over $1,500/month depending on the number of active agents and the execution speed required — GTaviani consulting works to optimize and minimize it at all times.
The credits included in the plan (10,000 Business, 25,000 Corporate) instead cover the services and AI tokens of GTaviani Consulting for the intermediation agents with the AI Team.
Unused consulting hours can be carried over. 12-month term.
Compliant disclosure (Art. 50, obligations from December 2, 2026), DPA, agent registry, audit trail. The AI team is compliant from day one.
GTaviani Venture Builder case — the same model, applied to retail:
Yes: the offer replaces the human resources currently dedicated to e-commerce, media and CRM. The company can reassign them to other roles, where human work adds more value (in line with the AI literacy obligation, Art. 4). If today you rely solely on an external agency, the AI team takes its place with a model that has no conflict of interest.
Yes. The agents are configured on the company's systems, data and channels, inside a dedicated workspace. GTaviani provides the orchestration and direction; the asset remains the property of the company.
The plan has a 12-month term with cancellation on request. Upon cancellation, the team's configuration is exported in a standard format, compatible with the proprietary orchestration platform used by GTaviani: no technical lock-in, the data remains the property of the company.
It depends heavily on the LLM provider chosen by the retailer (Google, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.): indicatively from $200 to over $1,500/month, depending on the number of active agents and the execution speed. GTaviani consulting works to optimize this cost, minimizing it without compromising performance.
Because the orchestration is real consulting, not self-service software: every company has a dedicated marketing direction. 10 is the maximum number that guarantees quality.
Audit and setup take 2–3 weeks. Visibility into performance (the KPIs generated by the AI team) arrives indicatively between the 3rd and 5th month. Companies that start in September reach Black Friday with the team already operational.
Usually no one: GTaviani takes care of it. The marketing director or manager remains the human point of contact at the head of the team, or at most one internal intermediation resource.
Absolutely yes, with dedicated AI agents for each channel, guided by the CEC. Each channel agent is connected directly to the retailer's platform account: no markup cost on traffic.
95% of the work is done by the AI agents. Only human confirmation before publishing remains.
Here too, AI agents fully connected to the client's CRM and Marketing Automation platforms automate every activity currently carried out by a person. The team defines the customer relationship workflows to grow annual CLV, encouraging more frequent purchases through direct contact channels: email, WhatsApp and others.
With almost all modern platforms that expose APIs or support MCP (Model Context Protocol: the open standard that lets an AI agent connect securely and in a structured way to company systems, without one-off custom integrations). Platforms supported include: e-commerce (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento), CRM and Marketing Automation (Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesManago, Klaviyo), media channels (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager).
