FAQ

AI training in companies

What is a "deployer" under the AI Act, and why does it matter for my company?

A deployer is anyone who uses an AI system in their professional activity, even without building it — a single chatbot or AI assistant in one department is enough. The AI Act requires whoever takes on this role to provide AI literacy measures for the staff involved.

What training obligation does the AI Act place on companies that use AI?

Since February 2, 2025, Article 4 of the AI Act requires companies to provide AI literacy measures for anyone using these tools, by role and level of responsibility. A named certificate and attendance record are concrete evidence of compliance.

What's the difference between strategic AI and technical AI?

Strategic AI is about decisions: where to invest, which risks to avoid, the impact on your own department — that's for executives and department heads. Technical AI is about day-to-day tool use — that's for managers and operational teams.

Do I need to be technical to understand AI at a business-decision level?

No. The day dedicated to executives covers business impact, confidential data, GDPR and the AI Act without technical jargon: the goal is deciding what to do with AI, not programming it.

This course

Who is the AI Course for Executives and Managers aimed at?

Management and department heads (even just Monday, for the strategic overview), managers and operational staff (Tuesday–Friday), and independent professionals for the rest of the week. Max 10 participants in the classroom.

What does an executive take away after the 5 days?

A step-by-step plan for their own department, a map of the confidential data to protect, and — with Friday Advanced — a first AI agent pilot ready to present at the company, plus the named certificate.

Is the course fundable through interprofessional training funds?

Yes, it's compatible with Conto Formazione: GTaviani Consulting provides the contract, program, instructor CV, attendance records, certificates and invoice ready for reporting, with no minimum amount.

Do I need to already know AI to attend?

No, the program starts from the basics (from prompting to agent mode) and builds up to Friday Advanced, reserved for those who attended Tuesday–Thursday. You only need a laptop with Claude Desktop and a Claude Pro account or above.
